Returns must come direct to us at Equine America and NOT returned to the store.

Email us at info@equine-america.co.uk before the end of the 30th day from when you purchased the product. Send the pot and any unused product, along with your original proof of purchase, including details of the store you purchase from, to Equine America, Beckley Stud, Reeds Lane, Southwater, West Sussex, RH13 9DQ.

We must receive all returns by the end of the 35th day after purchase.
Postage is at your own cost and we suggest you obtain a proof of posting.
