Subscription Terms and Conditions

Coli-Uls-Gard Plus Pellets and Coli-Myco-Biome Plus Powder

These terms apply to your monthly subscription for Coli-Uls-Gard Plus Pellets or Coli-Myco-Biome Plus Powder purchased at www.equine-america-vet.co.uk. By subscribing you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and, if applicable, the Coli-Shield Contribution Guarantee Terms and Conditions, both available on our website.

Your subscription gives you a 90-day supply of your chosen product, billed monthly. Each tub is dispatched every 90 days. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify and Recharge, our subscription management platform. Accepted payment methods are as displayed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method monthly until your subscription is cancelled.

Prices are as shown on the website at the time of order and include VAT. Payment is taken on the same date each month from the date your subscription starts.

 

We will give you at least 30 days’ written notice of any price increase. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

If a payment fails, your subscription will be suspended immediately. Please update your payment details via your account as soon as possible. If payment is not resolved, your subscription will be cancelled.

 

If you have registered for Coli-Shield: there is no grace period for failed payments. Your guarantee ends immediately if your subscription is cancelled and cannot be reinstated without a new subscription, new registration and a new 30-day qualifying period.

 

One tub is dispatched every 90 days to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to keep your delivery address up to date. We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

 

Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day for next day delivery. If your product has not arrived within 2 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us. If we are unable to supply your product due to circumstances outside our control, we will contact you and ensure your Coli-Shield guarantee (if applicable) is not affected.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting us at vet@equine-america.co.uk or on 01403 255809. Cancellation takes effect immediately.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied, notify us within 30 days of your first delivery and return any unused product with proof of purchase for a full refund. No catches. Please note this will cancel your subscription and Coli-Shield guarantee (if applicable).

Faulty or incorrect products

If your product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

If you register for Coli-Shield, the Coli-Shield Contribution Guarantee Terms and Conditions also apply and are available at www.equine-america-vet.co.uk. The guarantee is a product benefit, not an insurance policy, and is only active while your subscription is continuous and uninterrupted.

We may update these terms at any time and will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Your continued subscription constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Payment data is processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card details. Please refer to Shopify’s Privacy Policy for further information.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
