Subscription Terms and Conditions

Coli-Uls-Gard Plus Pellets and Coli-Myco-Biome Plus Powder

These terms apply to your subscription for Coli-Uls-Gard Plus Pellets or Coli-Myco-Biome Plus Powder purchased at www.equine-america-vet.co.uk. By subscribing you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and, if applicable, the Coli-Shield Contribution Guarantee Terms and Conditions, both available on our website.

Your subscription gives you a 90-day supply of your chosen product. One tub is dispatched every 90 days and you pay for it in a single payment. Your subscription renews automatically every 90 days until you cancel it.

If you started your subscription before 30 September 2026, you pay monthly - three payments for each 90-day tub. You will stay on monthly payments until you move to the single-payment plan. These terms apply to you in the same way, except where they refer to a single payment.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify and Recharge, our subscription management platform. Accepted payment methods are as displayed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for each payment until your subscription is cancelled.

Prices are as shown on the website at the time of order and include VAT. Payment is taken when your subscription starts and then every 90 days on the same date. If you pay monthly, payment is taken on the same date each month from the date your subscription started.

 

We will give you at least 30 days’ written notice of any price increase. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

If a payment fails, your subscription will be suspended immediately. Please update your payment details via your account as soon as possible. If payment is not resolved, your subscription will be cancelled.

 

If you have registered for Coli-Shield: there is no grace period for failed payments. Your guarantee ends immediately when you tell us you are cancelling your subscription, and cannot be reinstated without a new subscription, new registration and a new 30-day qualifying period.

 

One tub is dispatched every 90 days to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to keep your delivery address up to date. We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

 

Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day for next day delivery. If your product has not arrived within 2 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us. If we are unable to supply your product due to circumstances outside our control, we will contact you and ensure your Coli-Shield guarantee (if applicable) is not affected.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting us at vet@equine-america.co.uk or on 01403 255809.

If you cancel within 30 days of your first delivery, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies (see below).

After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current 90-day supply. You will receive the tub for your current supply and no further supply will be sent. If you pay monthly, any remaining monthly payments for your current 90-day supply are still due.

If you have registered for Coli-Shield, your Contribution Guarantee ends on the date you tell us you are cancelling, even though your final supply continues. It cannot be reinstated without a new subscription, new registration and a new 30-day qualifying period.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied, notify us within 30 days of your first delivery and return any unused product with proof of purchase for a full refund. No catches. Please note this will cancel your subscription and Coli-Shield guarantee (if applicable).

Faulty or incorrect products

If your product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

If you register for Coli-Shield, the Coli-Shield Contribution Guarantee Terms and Conditions also apply and are available at www.equine-america-vet.co.uk. The guarantee is a product benefit, not an insurance policy, and is only active while your subscription is continuous and uninterrupted.

We may update these terms at any time and will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Your continued subscription constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Payment data is processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card details. Please refer to Shopify’s Privacy Policy for further information.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
