Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Overview
The Equine Inflamex 15-Day Trial is offered by Equine America UK Ltd to allow horse owners to trial Equine Inflamex.
2. Trial Product
Participants will receive a 15-day supply (750g) of Equine Inflamex, to be fed in accordance with the recommended feeding guidelines.
3. Eligibility
This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over who are responsible for the care and feeding of a horse or pony.
4. Trial Allocation
Trial packs are limited to one per individual applicant. Equine America reserves the right to limit multiple applications from the same household, yard, or address where misuse is suspected.
5. Availability
Trial packs are available while stocks last. Equine America reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Intended Use
Equine Inflamex is a complementary feed for horses, designed to support joint
and musculoskeletal comfort as part of a balanced diet and appropriate
management.
7. Veterinary Advice
Horse owners should consult their veterinary surgeon or qualified equine nutritionist before making significant changes to a horse’s feeding programme, particularly where underlying health conditions exist.
8. Veterinary Referral & Future Purchases
By applying for this trial, participants will be asked to provide details of their veterinary surgeon or practice.
The Equine America Veterinary Range is supplied in partnership with Veterinary Practices and requires a valid veterinary referral code for purchase.
Following the trial, your Veterinary Surgeon will be able to advise on suitability and provide a referral code where appropriate for ongoing use.
Equine America reserves the right to restrict supply of Veterinary Range products without a valid veterinary referral.
Equine America cannot guarantee that a participant’s nominated veterinary surgeon will provide a referral code or agree to supply Veterinary Range products. This decision remains solely at the discretion of the veterinary practice.
Participation in this trial does not guarantee access to purchase Veterinary Range products without veterinary authorisation.
9. Feedback
Participants may be contacted to provide feedback on their experience following the trial period. Feedback may be used by Equine America for product development, research, and marketing purposes.
10. Data Protection
Any personal information provided will be processed in accordance with Equine America’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
Personal data may be used to:
- administer the trial
- contact participants regarding the product and their application
- contact the nominated veterinary surgeon or practice to verify details and facilitate access to the Veterinary Range (including issuing a practice code where applicable)
- support future communications (where consent has been provided)
By submitting an application, participants confirm they have the authority to provide the details of their nominated veterinary surgeon or practice and have informed them that their details may be shared for this purpose.
11. Liability
Equine America shall not be
liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in this
promotion or use of the product, except where liability cannot be excluded
under UK law.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Misuse
Equine America reserves the right to refuse or cancel applications where misuse, fraudulent activity, bulk requests, or distribution of samples for resale is suspected.
Products supplied as part of this trial are provided for evaluation purposes only and must not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial gain.
