Product Information

Liver Support powder contains an extensive range of ingredients including milk thistle, antioxidants, mycotoxin binder and vitamins to support liver function and health.

A potent combination of ingredients to support the vital functions performed by the liver, including detoxification, as well as its roles in the digestion of fats, protein and carbohydrates, supporting the immune system and the synthesis and storage of key vitamins.

  • Milk Thistle, with its active compounds including silymarin, supports liver function and health, through antioxidant and immune supporting properties, as well as supporting the horse’s own anti-inflammatory systems.
  • Natural RRR Vitamin E, a fat-soluble vitamin and powerful antioxidant. Provided in a form to optimise bioavailability and activity in the antioxidant cascade.
  • With additional potent plant-based antioxidants to mop up free radicals including rosemary, grape extract and dandelion. Grapeseed extract, is rich in polyphenols and anthocyanins, with powerful antioxidant effects, with up to 11 times the antioxidant activity of vitamin E.
  • B Complex Vitamins, to support carbohydrate and fat metabolism, as well as helping to promote appetite. Liver Support Powder provides Vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, niacinamide, pantothenic acid, folic acid and choline chloride.
  • Vitamin A, D and K at carefully controlled levels, making it safe to feed with typical fortified diets, whilst still providing support and benefit to the liver.
  • Mycotoxin binder, to help counter the effects of mycotoxins which may be found in feed and forage.
  • Prebiotic, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) from chicory to support digestive health and the microbiome.
  • On a highly palatable and functional linseed base, suitable for fussy horses or those with a poor appetite.

    Directions For Use

    500kg horse: Feed 50g (1 scoop) daily. Adjust serving rate according to bodyweight. Maximum serve rate 50g per day, unless under Veterinary Guidance. Ensure fresh, clean water is available. 1 scoop (enclosed) is approx. 50g (approx.) scoop (enclosed).

    Avoid simultaneous oral use with macrolides.
